All information below is taken from our German privacy policy.
Please note: Only the German-language version of our privacy policy is legally binding. This English page is a summary for orientation only. It is neither complete nor a legal translation, and it does not replace the German original.

What the German policy covers
The German original describes, among other things, the following topics:
External hosting. This website is hosted externally. Personal data collected on this website is stored on the servers of our hosting provider: Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023, Larnaca, Cyprus.
Cookies. This website uses cookies. Some are technically necessary; others may be used to analyse user behaviour or for advertising purposes and are only set on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Newsletter. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we need your email address and information allowing us to verify that you are the owner of that address and consent to receiving the newsletter. You can withdraw your consent at any time, for example via the unsubscribe link in the newsletter.
Web analytics: WP Statistics. Provider: Veronalabs, Tatari 64, 10134 Tallinn, Estonia. The data collected is stored exclusively on our own server, and we use WP Statistics with IP anonymisation, so that your IP address is truncated and can no longer be directly attributed to you.

Your rights as a data subject
Within the scope of the applicable statutory provisions, you have the following rights:
Access. The right to obtain information, free of charge, about the personal data we have stored about you, its origin and recipients, and the purpose of the processing.
Rectification. The right to have inaccurate data corrected.
Erasure. The right to have your data deleted, unless we have other legally permissible grounds for storing it, for example statutory retention periods under tax or commercial law.
Restriction of processing. The right to request that processing be restricted, for instance while the accuracy of your data is being verified, where processing was unlawful, where you still need the data to assert legal claims, or while a balancing of interests following an objection is pending.
Objection. Where processing is based on Art. 6(1)(e) or (f) GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data on grounds relating to your particular situation, including profiling based on those provisions. Where your personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object at any time; your data will then no longer be used for that purpose.
Data portability. The right to have data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in performance of a contract handed over to you or to a third party in a common, machine-readable format. Direct transfer to another controller takes place only where technically feasible.
Withdrawal of consent. Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future. The lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal remains unaffected.
Complaint to a supervisory authority. In the event of infringements of the GDPR, data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of their habitual residence, place of work or the place of the alleged infringement. This right exists without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy.
